What do I need to know before ordering a custom piece?
All custom and personalized jewelry is made-to-order and considered a final sale.
Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified after they are placed, and they are non-returnable.
You will be charged at the time of purchase.
Production times vary — you can find the estimated production timeline on each product page.

What if I want to return my order?
No problem! We offer a 15-days risk-free return policy on our website. Please notice that returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not in the acceptable condition it will be refused acceptance.
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at buildcreatestudio.service@gmail.com We will deal with it without a doubt.
What currency can I pay in?
The currency shown on the page is EUR (€). If the currency used in your area is not EUR (€), please don't worry. When you settle the payment, your credit card company will convert the EUR (€) price to your country's currency at the current currency rate.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes:
